We create sustainable social impact by investing in research with the potential to deliver systemic change that enhances social, cultural, economic and environmental equity in the Asia-Pacific region.
Scholarships and awards
We support postgraduate research students and postdoctoral researchers associated with South Australia’s public universities.
We provide this support through the provision of scholarships, grants and awards for research aligned with the Foundation’s nominated areas of focus.
We deliver our scholarship and other grants programs in partnership with South Australia’s two public universities. Information regarding current opportunities is published by our partner universities on their websites.
Our story in film
In 2025 we commissioned a series of short films produced by Living Stories to capture the history and contribution of the Foundation as the Kathleen Lumley College with interviews with alumni, former residents and Council members, and the transition from the College to the Kathleen Lumley Foundation of today.
